Data Deletion Request

Under the GDPR and Meta's Platform Terms, you have the right to request deletion of all personal data we hold about you.
What We Delete
When you request data deletion, we will remove:
- Your account information (name, email, Facebook User ID)
- Your stored access token references
- Your ad account associations
- Your subscription records (except where legally required to retain)
- Any usage data linked to your account
What We Cannot Delete
- Payment records required by German tax law (AO §147) must be retained for 10 years
- Data held by Meta — you must separately request deletion from Meta through their account settings
- Data held by Lemon Squeezy — contact Lemon Squeezy directly for payment data deletion
How to Request Deletion
Option 1: Email
Send an email to [email protected]with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- The email address associated with your account
- Your Facebook User ID (if known)
Option 2: From Your Dashboard
Log in to your FireAds dashboard and use the "Delete my account" option in Account Settings. This will automatically initiate the deletion process.
Timeline
We will process your deletion request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete. Your access token will be immediately revoked upon request.
Facebook Data Deletion Callback
When you remove FireAds from your Facebook account settings, Meta notifies us automatically. We process these callbacks within 48 hours and delete all associated data following the same process described above.
