Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FireAds (fireads.run), operated by [Company Name] UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Germany.

1. Service Description

FireAds provides access to a verified Meta (Facebook) application that enables users to connect their Meta Ad accounts via OAuth. Users receive an access token to use with a locally-installed MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for managing Meta Ads through AI tools such as Claude Code.

2. Account Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must have a valid Meta (Facebook) account with ad management capabilities
• You must have an active Meta Business Manager
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

3. Subscription & Payment

• FireAds is a monthly subscription service at the price displayed on the pricing page
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month
• You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period
• No refunds for partial months

4. What We Provide

• OAuth-based authentication with Meta's API through our verified application
• A long-lived access token for use with the MCP server
• Access to the FireAds MCP server software
• A dashboard to manage your connection and token
• Setup documentation and email support

5. What We Don't Provide

• Ad strategy, campaign optimization, or marketing advice
• Guarantees about ad performance or Meta API availability
• Claude Code or Anthropic subscriptions (you need your own)
• Meta Ad account setup or Business Manager configuration

6. Your Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the ads you create and manage using FireAds
• You must comply with Meta's Advertising Policies and Terms of Service
• You must not use FireAds to create ads that violate any applicable laws
• You must keep your access token secure and not share it with unauthorized parties
• You are responsible for all charges incurred on your Meta Ad account

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our service depends on Meta's API, which may experience downtime, rate limiting, or changes outside our control. We are not liable for disruptions caused by Meta.

8. Token Revocation

We reserve the right to revoke your access token if:

• Your subscription expires or is cancelled
• You violate these Terms
• We detect abuse or unauthorized use
• Required by Meta or applicable law

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FireAds is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Ad spend or charges on your Meta account
• Campaign performance or results
• Data loss resulting from Meta API changes
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

The FireAds website, branding, and documentation are our intellectual property. The MCP server software is provided under its respective license. Your ad content and data remain yours.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. You can cancel your subscription from your dashboard. We may terminate your account for violation of these Terms with reasonable notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of [City], Germany have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
